round TWO!

We are so over-the-moon excited to start the SECOND #naturepalexchange! The response from you all has been amazing and a bit shocking! We never dreamed so many families would want to be apart but we sure are glad you're here.

If this is your first time to participate here's how the exchange works.

Fill-out and submit the form (click on the Exchange Form link below). Once sign-ups close we will pair up exchange partners and email you their information. We know how excited you will be to find out what state you will be mailing to but please be patient with us as we are wives and homeschool mamas first and foremost.

Now the fun part! Get outside, start exploring, and collecting bits and pieces of nature! We suggest (but it's totally up to you...get creative) to package your finds in an egg crate and label what you are sending to the best of your knowledge. If you want to add postcards or extra goodies from your region again that's totally up to you. It's all about having fun, being creative, and learning about our beautiful world.  If you need some inspiration check out #naturepalexchange on instagram.

Dawn has some really great posts on sending and sharing specimens safely and other awesome exchange ideas !

Sign-ups begin today Monday, April 27th and will close on May 1st!  PLEASE have your box mailed out no later than June 1st.

Exchange Form

One last thing! Once you are registered your name will be entered for a really fun give-away we have for a random participant!

  1. Hello! Been alerted to your amazing site and think it is utterly brilliant. Every aspect to the proposed project sounds like a joy. The sad news is that I am based in the UK so can't become a keen Nature Pal Exchanger. Having been encouraged by a few friends as well as the woodlouse I was talking to earlier today, I was thinking I might set something up here. There doesn't seem to be anything going on. What do you think? Any helpful hints? A list of dos and don'ts? All thoughts would be gratefully received. Thanks so much. X Sophie
